Birthday Parties and Other Celebrations

_MG_3874Here are a few things to consider before booking your date:

Please remember that the Everglades Wonder Gardens exist for the benefit of the public to explore and enjoy the peace and tranquility of our botanical jungle.

All of your guests must be chaperoned appropriately. We require a minimum of 1 adult per 4 children attending.

Due to the nature of our property, the picnic area is not a confined area.

All of your guests must pay the group rate ($10 for adults and seniors, and $5 for children ages 3-17) and $50 clean-up fee. Pre-payment of the entire group is required on the party day.

The Birthday Child is free!

You are very welcome to bring tablecloths, plates, food and cake into the gardens.  We do not supply any food, drinks, paper goods, tablecloths, or party décor.  We do ask that you clean up and remove all of your trash and décor.  Anything left behind will be disposed of by our staff.

The picnic grove is available from 9am to 4pm daily.    There are 4 tables which can seat 6-8 each.  Since The Gardens are a public space we cannot guarantee that our visitors will not wander into the picnic area.  One table is not reserved for parties, so our guests can also enjoy the picnic area during your time here.

Birthday Parties in the Picnic Grove must be reserved at least 3 weeks prior by emailing or by calling 239-992-2591.


*If you would like a staff guide for a 1 hour tour of the Everglades Wonder Gardens for your party group, please make sure you reserve your request for a tour guide a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your date.  An additional cost of $50.00 will be applied.  Birthday Party Tours are limited to 20 attending.



Wildlife encounters are at the sole discretion of the Zoological staff.  We do not guarantee one on one displays or interactions with any of our exhibited wildlife.  Exhibits and displays can change without notice.

Please note:  We do not offer rainchecks or refunds due to inclement weather.
